<p>Seattle Atheists will be donating over $800 to The Childrens Hospital Fund thanks to the efforts of gift wrappers and the generosity of all the bookstore patrons who donated!  Also this month Seattle Atheists collected 57 lb. of food for Northwest Harvest.  Thank you, and remember to bring non-perishable goods to SA meetings and events!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For the past few years, SA has volunteered at Seattle-area bookstores during the holiday season to wrap gifts. 100% of donations will be donated to Children&#8217;s Hospital. It&#8217;s a great way to let people know that atheists care about the holiday season as well, and that we do charitable work.</p>
<p>A big thank you to Seattle Atheists member Megan S. for coordinating this year&#8217;s efforts! E-mail <a href="mailto:meganjs@gmail.com" target="_blank">Megan</a> to volunteer at the downtown Seattle <strong>Borders Books &amp; Music</strong>. Any Seattle Atheists member can volunteer, and we can even teach you how to wrap gifts! We need two volunteers per shift. As shifts fill up, I&#8217;ll put first names in parentheses as reminders.</p>
