New atheist bus signs in the works

Today, the board voted to create a new set of three signs, which will be displayed in King County Metro buses from October through December. We are currently in the process of selecting quotes for the new signs. Check back here for news on the winning quotes!

We’re featured in August’s Seattle Magazine

Look for the next issue of Seattle Magazine, which will feature a story about Seattle Atheists, who we are, what we’re up to, and our wonderful bus signs.

Elections are coming up!

The Seattle Atheists annual elections are coming up on Sept. 20. If you’re a member, and are interested in becoming a member-at-large, and taking a more active role in the atheist community in Seattle, be sure to come to the election meeting. If you’re not a member now, be sure to join, so that your voice is heard!

SeasonLESS food drive

Our food drive is ongoing. Bring 5 cans of food to any Seattle Atheists meeting, and that food will be donated to Northwest Harvest in our name. Folks need it now more than ever.

Our FSM is famous!

See the Seattle Atheists very own Flying Spaghetti Monster (crafted by Kyle, Jami and Megan), which debuted this year at the Fremont parade, in the Wikipedia entry for the FSM!
