Since the December event got canceled, this will be the first official meeting for our Advocacy/Community Resources committee where we will be brainstorming ideas for the group and putting our crafty skills to work. Several of our members have expressed an interest in learning how to crochet/knit, so this is a great opportunity to learn a new craft while helping those in need. In addition, we will also start putting together a comprehensive list of atheist resources.
If you’d like to join us, please RSVP to jami.blackann@seattleatheists.org.We’ll be meeting at a residence.

Recently, I became aware of the book – Not Quite What I Was Planning. The book is a collection of six word life memoirs. For example, one memoir is “Asked to quiet down. Spoke louder.”
So, I started writing atheist unbeliefs in six words. My favorite unbelief is “Jesus. Came. Unruly kids. Died cross.”
